痰热清注射液联合注射用盐酸头孢吡肟治疗细菌性肺炎的疗效观察

Effect observation of Tanreqing injection combined with cefepime hydrochloride injection in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合注射用盐酸头孢吡肟治疗细菌性肺炎的临床药效。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年10月～2011年3月经门诊确认为细菌性肺炎的患者124例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗组的患者的治疗有效率为83.8%,高于对照组的67.9%,并且治疗组的临床症状的改善时间也明显短于对照组。结论痰热清注射液联合注射用盐酸头孢吡肟治疗细菌性肺炎,可以明显提高细菌性肺炎的治愈率,并缩短症状持续的时间,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cefepime hydrochloride injection in treating bacterial pneumonia. Methods 124 cases of bacterial pneumoniathe data were retrospectively analyzed in the period from October 2010 to March 2011 in the author＇s hospital outpatient. Results The efficiency of the treatment group was 83.8% which was higher than the control group of 67.9%.The clinical symptom improvement time of the treatment group was also significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with cefepime hydrochloride injection for the treatment of bacterial pneumonia can significantly improve the cure rate and shorten the duration of symptoms,which is worthy of clinical use.
