摘要
目的观察通腑祛痰法治疗中风的临床疗效。方法对32例中医辨证为痰浊血瘀型中风患者,采用通腑祛痰法进行中药汤剂口服治疗1～2个疗程。结果运用通腑祛痰法治疗痰浊血瘀型脑中风患者的总有效率为93.7%。结论运用通腑祛痰法治疗痰浊血瘀型脑中风具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu expectorant for stroke. Methods 32 cases with phlegm blood stasis type of stroke by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine were treated with tongfu expectorant,and Chinese native medicine oral therapy for 1-2 courses. Results The total effective rate of patients with phlegm blood stasis type of stroke treated by tongfu expectorant was 93.7%. Conclusion The clinical effect of patients with phlegm blood stasis type of stroke treated by tongfu expectorant is good.
