呋塞米和山莨菪碱联合应用在CTU检查中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨呋塞米和山莨菪碱联合应用在MSCTU检查中的价值。方法 CTU检查患者48例,均采用呋塞米和山莨菪碱联合应用方法。扫描包括常规平扫、肾皮质期(或动脉期)、肾髓质期和排泄期,所有数据薄层(0.625mm)重建后传至ADW4.5工作站,采用VR、MIP、CPR、及MPR后处理成像。结果所有患者在各期图像上均清晰显示出泌尿系统各部的形态结构、病变局部的情况,造影效果良好,肾盂、输尿管全程显示清晰(除3例一侧肾盂、输尿管重度积水未见显影外)。结论呋塞米和山莨菪碱联合应用CTU检查,不仅造影剂能更加清晰显示泌尿系全程的解剖结构,而且还能缩短检查时间,减少造影剂的用量。 Objective To investigate the application value of furosemide combined with anisodamine in MSCTU examination. Methods All the 48 patients receiving CTU examination were adopted furosemide combined with anisodamine. Scanning included conventional plain scan, renal cortex (or arterial phase), renal medulla period and excretory phase. All thin layers (0.625 mm) were transmitted to the ADW4.5 work station after reconstruction and VR, MIP, CPR and MPR post- processing imaging were used. Results The images of all patients in various phases displayed the morphological structure of various parts of urinary system and the conditions of local lesion clearly. The contrast effect was favorable. The renal pelvis and ureter were displayed clearly the whole course (except 3 cases of unilateral renal pelvis and severe ureter hydrops). Conclusion In the combined application of furosemide and anisodamine in CTU examination, the contrast agent can not only display the whole urinary system more clearly but also shorten the examination time and reduce the dosage of contrast agent.
