摘要
目的评价循证护理在异位妊娠保守治疗患者治疗和护理中的作用。方法选取笔者所在医院2009年1月～2011年12月120例异位妊娠保守治疗患者的临床资料。将120例患者随机分为循证护理组60例和常规护理组60例,比较两组患者对本病的相关知识的知晓情况和治疗效果。结果循证护理组对本病的相关知识的知晓情况明显高于常规护理组,且循证护理组治疗效果优于常规护理组。结论循证护理能使患者及家属掌握宫外孕的知识,消除心理顾虑,增强遵医行为和治疗信心,提高治疗效果和护理质量,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the treatment and nursing to patients with ectopic pregnancy with conservative treatment. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy with conservative treatment in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were selected and randomly divide into two groups with 60 cases each, group A with evidence-based nursing and group B with routine nursing. And the two groups on the understanding and the therapeutic effects of the ectopic pregnancy were compared. Results Group A was remarkably better than group B on both the understanding and the therapeutic effects of the ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing enables the patients and their relatives to know more about ectopic pregnancy, eliminate psychological worries, strengthen their compliance to the doctor and build their confidence in therapy, and improves the therapeutic effect and nursing quality, diminishes complication.
