优质护理服务在农(居)民体检中的应用

Application of high quality of nursing service in agricultural population's physical examination

目的探讨优质护理服务在农(居)民体检中的影响,为群众提供满意的护理服务。方法采用自行设计的调查表,随机抽取参加2011年开展优质护理服务(观察组)后和2009年未开展优质护理服务(对照组)的农(居)民体检者各300例,调查其对体检护理工作的满意度;调查内容包括体检环境、专业技能水平、专业知识水平、服务态度等4方面10项内容。结果观察组体检者在体检环境、服务态度、专业知识水平、专业技能水平等4方面满意度均比对照组显著提高(P<O.05)。结论优质护理服务应用于农(居)民体检中显著提高了体检者对护理工作的满意度,不管在院内还是在院外,都应提倡优质护理服务理念。

Objective To investigate the effects of high quality nursing service in agricultural population＇s physical examination and give satisfied nursing service for people. Methods 300 cases of agricultural population with high quality of nursing service in 2011（observation group）and 300 cases of agricultural population without high quality of nursing service in 2009（control group） were selected.The satisfaction of two groups were investigated by the survey form. The survey contents had 10 kinds：physical environment,professional skills,professional knowledge,service attitude and so on. Results The satisfaction of physical environment,professional skills,professional knowledge,service attitude in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high quality of nursing service in agricultural population＇s physical examination will help to improve agricultural population＇s satisfaction,the high quality of nursing service should be advocated in hospital and outside hospital.
