外固定支架治疗儿童前臂远端双骨折的可行性

External fixation stents for treatment of children's forearm distal double fracture feasibility

目的对外固定支架治疗儿童前臂远端双骨折的可行性进行探讨。方法抽取2010年10月～2011年10月患前臂远端双骨折的儿童患者12例。对患者进行外固定支架治疗或者外固定支架结合内固定治疗,对儿童前臂远端双骨折患者采取外固定支架治疗的可行性进行分析。结果患者均骨折愈合,患者的平均骨折愈合时间为(6.5±0.8)周,优10例,良2例,患者末发生医源性的相关并发症。结论在对儿童前臂远端双骨折患者进行外固定支架治疗或者外固定支架结合内固定治疗,有一定的积极意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To study foreign fixed stents for treatment of children＇s forearm distal double fracture feasibility is discussed. Methods Extraction from October 2010 to October during have forearm distal double fracture of children 12 cases of patients.For patients with external fixation support treatment or external fixed support combined with internal fixation treatment,on children＇s forearm distal double fracture patients take the fixed support the feasibility of treatment were analyzed. Results The patients were fracture healing,and patients with a mean fracture healing time of （6.5 ± 0.8）weeks,and patients optimal 10 cases, 2 cases were good,at the end of the patients with happened iatrogenic related complications. Conclusion In the children＇s forearm distal double fracture patients with external fixation support treatment or external 〉 fixed support combined with internai fixation treatment,has certain positive meaning,it is worth clinical promotion.
