两种联合疗法治疗尖锐湿疣170例临床研究

Clinical study of 170 condyloma acuminatum patients cured with acitretin capsules and liquid nitrogen frozen therapeutic alliance

目的对两种联合疗法治疗170例尖锐湿疣的结果进行临床分析,评价联合疗法的疗效并提出治疗建议。方法总结并分析170例采用了两种联合疗法治疗的尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料,评估联合疗法及疗效。结果经过3个月的随访发现:治疗组复发率为25.88%,对照组复发率为80.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊、5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合冷冻治疗尖锐湿疣疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and to put forward some suggestions through the analyzing of the effect of 170 condyloma acuminatum patients cured with acitretin capsules and liquid nitrogen frozen therapeutic alliance. Methods To estimate the effect of therapeutic by the summarizing and analyzing of the clinical results of 170 condyloma acuminatum patients. Results After a follow-up period of 3 months, recurrence rate of experimental group was 25.88% and recurrence rate of control group was 80.00%.The difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acitretin capsules and liquid nitrogen frozen therapeutic alliance has certain curative effect for condyloma acuminatum patients and deserve the clinical expansion.
