剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的临床分析

Clinical analysis of uterine incision of cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨MTX、米非司酮联合清宫术与传统手术治疗剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的临床效果比较。方法选取在笔者所在医院接受治疗的剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者46例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施MTX、米非司酮联合清宫术治疗,对照组实施传统手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、出院时间、术中出血量及术后不良反应。结果观察组手术、住院时间和术中出血量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组一过性血压下降、恶心呕吐和发热发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MTX、米非司酮联合清宫术与传统手术相比治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠有好效果,具有手术时间短、出血量少、术后不良反应少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the MTX, mifepristone joint curettagein the treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 46 CSP patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,which were treated by The MTX, mifepristone joint curettageand the traditional surgical treatment.Compared the operation rime＇discharge time,blood loss and postoperative adverse events in two groups. Results The operation time,discharge time and blood loss in observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the incidence of decreased blood pressure, nausea, vomiting and fever in the observation group was significantly lower, too （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The MTX,mifepristone joint curettagein the treatment of CSP has shorter operative time,less bleeding,less postoperative adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical aoolication.
