高频电刀对疝手术切口愈合的影响研究

Effects research of high frequency electrotome on hernia operation incision healing

目的对疝手术中采用高频电刀手术对切口愈合产生的影响进行对比研究,分析其对切口愈合的影响。方法笔者所在医院在2009年2月～2012年1月收治疝患者63例,随机分成对照组41例和电刀组22例。电刀组患者采用的电刀进行手术,对照组采用常规的治疗方法,观察两组患者在手术后切口的愈合情况。结果电刀组的甲级愈合15例,对照组的甲级愈合36例。对照组的切口愈合程度比电刀组快。结论采用高频电刀进行疝手术,会对切口的愈合产生影响。

Objective To compare and study the effect of high-frequency electric knives for healing of incision hernia surgery and analyze the effect of wound healing. Methods 63 patients with hernia in our hospital from February 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group had 41 cases and the high frequency electric knife group had 22 cases. Patients of high frequency electric knife group were treated by electric knife surgery and the control group patients were treated by the conventional treatment. The incision healing situation of patients in the two groups after surgery was observed. Results The grade A healing of high frequency electric knife group were 15 cases. The grade A healing of control group were 36 cases and the healing of incision degree of the control group was faster than the high frequency electric knife group. Conclusion The high frequency electricity knife for hernia surgery can influence the healing of incision.
