脊柱骨折的4种治疗方法探讨

Exploration of four kinds of treatments for spine fracture

目的了解脊柱骨折的特点,总结有效的治疗方法。方法对某医院2008年3月～2011年8月收治的50例脊柱骨折患者进行4种不同的治疗方法,14例患者采用过仰复位法进行治疗,22例患者采用复位及固定手术治疗,11例采用双踝悬吊法复位治疗,3例有神经症状患者采用椎体间植骨融合术,治疗后分析其效果。结果有49例成功,1例失败,45例恢复工作,9例改变工作,1例不能工作。结论脊柱骨折引起的原因很多,应根据病因、骨折情况来选择不同的治疗方法。

Objective To understand the characteristics of spinal fracture and summarize effective treatment method. Methods 50 cases with spinal fractures in one hospital from March 2008 to August 2011 were took four different methods of treatment,14 cases used had elevated reset method for treatment;22 cases were treated by reset and fixed surgery;11 cases took double ankle suspension method reset treatment;3 cases with symptoms were treated by nerve between vertebral bodies and interbody fusion.Analyzed the effect after treatment. Results 49 cases were succesed;1 case of failure,45 cases of recovery work,9 cases changed work, 1 case couldn＇t work. Conclusion Spine fracture cause for many reasons,according to the etiology,fracture situation to choose different treatment methods.
