激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞致黄斑囊样水肿的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析格栅样光凝治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)致黄斑囊样水肿(CME)的效果。方法经荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查确诊为CRVO伴CME48例(48只眼),随机分为A和B两组,A组:格栅样光凝+药物治疗,B组:药物治疗。治疗后2周,1、3、6个月复查视力、FFA。结果 A组视力略有改善,但与治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05),全部黄斑水肿消退。B组治疗后2周,1、3个月视力与治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05),6个月视力与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),8只眼CME消退。结论黄斑格栅样光凝虽然不能有效提高视力,但可有效促进CME消退,防止视力进一步下降,激光光凝是治疗CME确实安全有效方法之一。 Objective To analyze curative effect of grid photo-coagulation in treatment of cystoid macular edema ( CME ) caused by central retinal vein occlusion ( CRVO ). Methods Fourty-eight cases ( 48 eyes ) of CME associated with CRVO made a definite diagnosis by FFA were divided into two groups randomly. A greup:24 eyes,Grid photocoagulation and medical treatment. B group:24 eyes,medical treatment. Best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA) ,FFA at 2 weeks,1,3 and 6 months after treatment in these eyes were examined and compared between the two groups. Results BCVA of A group had a little improved and had no significant difference before and after treatment. 24 eyes of CME were subsided at 6 months after treatment. BCVA of B group had no significant difference before and after treatment at 2 weeks,1,3 months, and BCVA of B group had significant difference after treatment at 6 months. 8 eyes of CME were subsided at 6 months after treatment. Conclusion Grid photo-coagulation is effective for CRVO and is an important means to control the progression of the disease.
