摘要
目的观察经瞳孔温热疗法(TTT)治疗视网膜大动脉瘤的疗效。方法采用经瞳孔温热疗法对视网膜大动脉瘤24例(24只眼)进行治疗。根据荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)显示的瘤体大小及荧光渗漏情况,采用810 nm激光照射,激光功率、光斑直径和曝光时间为500~1000 mW、800~1200μm和60 s。结果经1年随访,视力增进2行以上者9只眼。视力提高1行者8例,视力不变者5例,视力下降1~2行者2例。3个月后FFA显示:24例瘤体完全萎缩,无荧光素渗漏。结论 TTT治疗视网膜大动脉瘤安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transpupillary thermotherapy( TIT) in the treatment of ret- ins] arterial macroaneurysms. Methods The 24 eyes ( 24 patients ) with retinal arterial macroaneurysms were treated by TIT with the 810nm laser of French Quantel medica. According to the size of nmcroaneurysms and fluorescence leakage showed by fundus fluorescein angiography {FFA), different laser power [500 - 1000 mW ) ,spot diameter (800 - 1200 p.m) and the exposure time 60 s were selected. Results After I years follow-up, the BCVA (best-corrected visual acuity) were improved more than 2 lines in 9 eyes, 1 line in 8 cases, remained unchanged in 5 cases, decreased visual acuity I - 2 lines in 2 cases. After 3 months of fundus fluoresein angiography,there were showed complete atrophy and no fluorescein leakage in 24 cases. Conclusion TIT on retinal arterial macrotmeurysms is safe and effective.
