淋巴结微环境与淋巴细胞归巢

摘要 黏膜免疫是抵御有害病原微生物入侵的第一道防线,分布于黏膜的抗原特异性淋巴细胞对于快速清除病原生物、保护机体具有格外重要的作用,疫苗活化的淋巴细胞向黏膜部位归巢可使其发挥最有效的免疫防御效应。免疫途径和免疫佐剂通过调节淋巴结微环境,影响淋巴细胞发育方向及归巢分子的表达,这也是调控归巢的决定性因素。
