人工股骨头置换前后股骨的应力分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用实验应力分析法对股骨的应力进行了分析研究。结果表明 :股骨内外侧应力大于前后侧应力 ;人工股骨头置换术后股骨头近端应力明显下降 ;在使用骨水泥固定后 ,股骨上各点应力无大的变化 ,而当使用带颈领的人工股骨头时 ,股骨头近端应力下降受到抑制。其结果对临床应用有重要意义 ,同时为研制性能更佳的人工假体提供了科学依据。 Femoral stress has been studied by electrometric experimental stress analysis methods to know about femoral stress value and its distribution case in front and rear of replacement to artificial femoral head.Study results show that left and right femoral stress is larger than that of front and rear.The stress near the femoral head obviously decreases after replacing femoral head with the artificial.The stress change of every point is very small after fixing by artificial femoral head using bone cement.The stress declining is inhibited near femoral head after using artificial femroal head with collar.The study results mean much for clinic treatment and can provide scrientific basis for developing better artificial femoral head.
