结扎法建立犬胰管扩张模型的实验研究
摘要
胰瘘是胰十二指肠切除术后最常见和最严重的并发症之一，其治疗困难，死亡率较高，发生率在4％～30％不等[1]。小实验旨在建立犬胰管扩张模型，适于胰肠吻合时放置内或外胰管支架管，以探求能有效减少胰瘘发生的新胰肠吻合方式。
