原位肝移植术后肝内胆汁瘤诊治经验 被引量：2

摘要 肝内胆汁瘤是肝动脉血流障碍后造成肝内胆管发生严重的缺血性损伤，胆管壁破坏形成胆汁漏，继发感染甚至引起脓毒血症及器官功能障碍，预后较差，是肝移植术后严重并发症[1]。
