摘要
在切削加工中 ,合理使用切削油能显著降低工件表面粗糙度。研究表明 :( 1 )切削油的粘度越小 ,则切削油的润滑效果越好 ,切削力越小 ;( 2 )进给量和切削深度 (背吃刀量 )愈大 ,则切削油润滑效果愈差 ,切削力和工件表面粗糙度下降的幅度愈小 。
The surface roughness of the workpiece can notablly be deduced using the cutting oil during maching.The study showed that the less viscosity of cutting oil,the better the lubrication effect of cutting oil and the lower the cutting force was,and that the feed and depth of cut was increased,the lubrication effect of cutting oil became poor,and the readucing extent of the cutting force and surface roughness was reduced,and the effect of feed was specially obvious.
