Granulysin及Perforin在早期自然流产蜕膜组织中的表达

Expression of Granulysin and Perforin in uterine decidua of early spontaneous abortion patients

目的观察早期自然流产患者蜕膜组织中Granulysin、Perforin的表达及其在介导细胞凋亡中的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例早期自然流产(流产组)和30例人工流产(对照组)蜕膜组织中Granulysin、Perforin的表达情况,应用TUNEL法检测两组细胞凋亡指数。结果①流产组中Granulysin及Perforin的阳性表达均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②Granulysin与Perforin在流产组蜕膜组织中的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.592,P<0.05)。③流产组的平均细胞凋亡指数[(7.39±3.13)%]高于对照组[(3.45±1.35)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④流产组中,Granulysin、Perforin阳性表达组的平均细胞凋亡指数[(8.48±3.08)%,(8.15±3.02)%]均高于阴性表达组[(4.83±1.17)%,(5.00±1.93)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Granulysin、Perforin与早期自然流产有关,且两者在早期自然流产的发病过程中有协同作用。

Objective： To observe the expression of Granulysin and Perforin in decidua in patients with early spontaneous abortion（ESA） and investigate their relationship in the course of mediated apoptosis.Methods： The expression of Granulysin and Perforin were detected by immunohistochemistry in decidua of ESA（abortion group,n=30） and normal first trimester pregnant women（control group,n=30）,and the apoptotic index was detected by TUNEL.Results： ①The Granulysin-positive expression and Perforin-positive expression were both higher in the abortion group compared with that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.②The expression of Granulysin in decidua of ESA had significiant positive correlation with that of Perforin（r=0.592,P0.05）.③The average apoptotic index [（7.39±3.13）%] of the abortion group was higher than that of the control group [（3.45±1.35）%],and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.④In the abortion group,the average apoptotic index of Granulysin-positive group [（8.48±3.08）%] and Perforin-positive group [（8.15±3.02）%] were both higher than that of Granulysin-negative group [（4.83±1.17）%] and Perforin-negative group [（5.00±1.93）%],and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Granulysin and Perforin may play a certain synergy in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion.
