摘要
利用基因枪转化法将天花粉蛋白基因导入水稻。经PCR、Southern和North ern杂交分析证明外源基因已整合到水稻基因组中并有转录。抗虫试验表明 ,与对照比较转基因水稻明显地增强了对螟虫、稻飞虱的抗性。
