"倒逼机制"是一种以组织或关系链的末端,通过变化来逼迫上端采取相应的改进措施的发展模式。在民办高等教育领域,近年来实际上也形成了一种"倒逼机制"。倒逼机制下民办高等教育质量提升的新路径是:以区域品牌战略,带动教育质量的提升;以服务区域发展,深化教育质量的内涵;以教育技术革新,促进教育质量的跨越。

The mechanism of reverse promotion is a pattern of development on which the grass roots urge the higher levels to carry out reforms, and privately - run institutions of higher learning are a case in point. Under the mechanism such institutions have to establish themselves as prestigious ones in the locality and contribute to the development of the locality so as to improve their quality.
