摘要
介绍以音频方式检测鞭炮质量的方法以及检测仪设计过程,主要检测指标包括鞭炮炸响次数、鞭炮响度、燃放时间和引线时间。开发过程中,利用Matlab辅助波形分析和设计数字滤波器;使用C语言将设计好的滤波器移植到开发板上;使用Qt制作友好的图形界面,简化操作;直接在开发板屏幕上完成测量过程并显示结果。该仪器便于携带,展示直观,测量过程自动化程度较高,减少主观因素对测量的干扰。
The following paragraph will introduce a method,which is based on audio signal analyzing,to test the quality of firecrackers,and demonstrate the whole process of the development of firecracker tester.The device,firecracker tester,is able to figure out four important parameters,which are the number of explosions,the loudness,the length of ignition lag and the total time consumption of explosions.When we cope with digital signal analysis and digital filter design,we use Matlab to help.Then,well-designed digital filters are transplanted into development board with C language.Finally,use Qt to build a friendly graphical interface to simplify the complicated operation methods and display the results of measurements.As a consequence,the device is easy to carry with and highly automated,which make the measuring results more objective than manual counting.
