摘要
以Zn :Fe :LiNbO3作为记录介质 ,Cu :KNSBN晶体作为自泵浦位相共轭镜 ,实现双曝光实时干涉计量。用于无损检测系统中 ,测量精度高 ,误差小。Zn :Fe :LiNbO3晶体的抗光致散射能力和响应速度皆优于Fe :LiNbO3晶体。
Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal was grown using Czochralski method. Light scatteri ng ability resistance, and response time has been measured. The light scattering ability resistance and response time of Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal precedes that of Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal. Using Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal as record medium, Cu∶ KNSBN crystal as selfpumped phase conjugation mirror, twin exposure real-time i nterferometry is realized. The measurement precision is high and error is low wh en this is used in nondestructive measurement system.
