摘要
为保证高温气冷实验堆燃料元件装卸系统的安全可靠运行 ,研制了具有监视、控制、管理和保护等功能的软件系统。燃料元件装卸系统以PLC IPC为控制核心 ,软件采用多级结构。底层PLC采用梯形图编程进行现场控制 ,上层在IPC基础上实现了燃料元件装卸系统运行过程监视、系统管理和防止误操作保护等功能 ,可对运行工艺实施诊断 ,向操作者提供合理的运行路线提示 ,进行故障预报警等。
In order to ensure fuel handling system to work safely and reliably in the 10MW high gas cooled reactor (HTR-10), the software system with function s of monitor, control, management and safeguard was developed. In the control cor e of PLC ( programmable logic controller)-IPC (industrial personal computer) combination, the software was of multistage structure. The base controller PLC was used for field-control by using ladder program. On the upper controller IPC , the functions of monitor, management and avoiding misoperation were realized, t he working procedures for fuel handling system were analyzed, the logical proces ses were suggested for handler and the alarm was given before failure occurred i n the fuel handling system.
