摘要
本文从某医院人才队伍建设中存在的难点问题着手,提出加强军队中小医院人才建设的对策:一是梳理整合,确保医院重点学科人才梯次,实现可持续发展;二是构筑创业平台,广泛吸引、蓄积人才;三是创造优良环境,科学保留人才;四是建立长效卫勤训练机制,培育复合型人才。
Analyzing the difficulties and problems of certain hospital in talented person building, the au- thor proposed some countermeasures. Firstly, ensuring the talented person echelon of key discipline by integration, to achieve sustainable development. Secondly, constructing a business platform, to widely attract and accumulate personnel. Thirdly, creating a good environment, to retain talents. Fourthly, establishing the mechanism of long - lasting medical support training, to cultivate compound talent.
