摘要 在研制以PLC IPC为核心的高温气冷实验堆燃料元件装卸控制系统的过程中 ,设计了燃料元件装卸控制模拟装置。文中介绍了装置结构 ,现场信号及执行机构的模拟运行实现方式。实现了燃料元件装卸循环过程模拟调试控制、状态监控、数据存储、故障诊断和报警、系统管理等功能。 During the development of the fuel handling system whose contr olling core is PLC-IPC in 10MW high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTR-10), a s et of simulating device of fuel handling system was developed. In this paper, it s structure, the simulating modes of the signals from on site and the executive mechanism were introduced. The simulation of debugging, status monitoring, data storing, troubleshooting and alarming, system administrating had been implemente d.
