Application of BJ-DRGs in Public Welfare Appraisal of Military Hospital

目的探索北京疾病诊断相关组(BJ-DRGs)在评价军队医院公益性方面作用。方法收集病案首页相关数据,利用BJ-DRGs评价指标,采用单样本t检验对本院和全市医保住院患者平均住院日及平均住院费用进行统计分析。结果本院部分病种和科室平均住院日及平均住院费用相对较高。结论本院在缩短平均住院日、降低平均住院费用、增强医院公益性方面尚有较大作为空间。

Objective To discuss the function of BJ - DRGs in public welfare appraisal of military hospi- tal. Methods The related data in first page of medical record was selected. T test for single sample was used in the statistical analysis of the difference in the average length of stay and the average cost of stay between military hospital and local hospitals. The evaluating indexes of BJ - DRGs were used. Results The average length of stay and the average cost of stay is relatively higher than the mean level in partial disease groups and departments. Con- clusion There were lots of spaces in shortening the average length of stay and reducing the average cost of stay, so as to improve the public welfare in our hospital.
