Study Progress of Medical Insurance Payment Means Based on Negotiation Mechanism

医疗保险支付方式的合理性是保证医疗资源有效利用,控制医疗费用不合理增长的关键。本文介绍基于谈判机制的医疗保险支付方式及其研究现状,提出对付费方式进行改革的建议,以期达到实现医、患、保各方利益关系的平衡,控制医疗费用快速增长的目的。

Appropriate payment means are the key to ensuring the efficient use of medical resources and controlling the irrational increase of medical expenses. The article introduced the medical insurance payment means based on negotiation mechanism and its study status. The author also put forward some suggestions on payment sys- tem reform so as to reach the goal of balancing the interests of all parties and controlling the rapid growth of medical expenses.
