摘要
结合本院"十一五"期间保健工作,分析医院高级人才保健工作存在的"指标不够全、保健意识弱、危险因素多、疾病种类复杂"等问题。同时,提出加强健康检查及信息采集、建立风险评估及预警机制、制定健康管理干预计划等相关对策措施。
Based on the analysis of the healthcare practice in our Hospital from 2005 to 2010, we found some problems about the healthcare for high -quality talent, including index insufficiency, low health care sense, large number of risk factors and complex disease classification. Then the author put forward relative promotion measures against these problems, including enhancing physical examination and information collection, establish- ment of risk evaluation and monitoring mechanism, and drawing up health management intervention plans.
