某军医大学医药卫生科技查新站2006—2010年科技查新项目分析

Analysis on Novelty Retrieval Items in Technology Novelty Retrieval Station for Medicine and Health of the Military Medical University Science from 2006 to 2010

目的通过对某军医大学医药卫生科技查新站2006—2010年受理科技查新委托项目进行统计与分析,从侧面对5年来科研工作的发展现状进行探讨。材料与方法以某军医大学医药卫生科技查新站保存的科技查新存档材料为统计分析资料,利用2011年版军队医药卫生科技查新管理信息系统软件和Mierosoft Excel软件,对各项数据进行统计分析。结果与分析科技查新项目1113项,其中报奖科技查新239项,立项科技查新470项,博士课题开题查新382项,其他类型的科技查新22项。博士学位课题开题查新所占比重大,科研立项查新项目远多于报奖查新项目,科技查新课题倾向于临床医学。建议与对策科技查新工作对科学研究发挥着重要的辅助作用,应当加大科技查新的宣传,科学统筹安排,积极发挥查新对科研决策的支持作用;同时,重视人才培养,培养高水平知识型科技查新人才。

Objective By a statistical analysis on novelty retrieval items from 2006 to 2010, the article is aimed at investigating the current situation of scientific research work of science and technology novelty retrieval Station in certain military medical university. Methods Using the military medical novelty retrieval information system and the Microsoft Excel software, we made the statistical analysis on archive material of the Novelty Retriev- al Station. Results There are 1113 items in all, which include 239 items for awards application, 470 for project application, 382 for Ph.D. projects proposal, 22 for other reasons. Novelty retrieval items for Ph. D. project pro- posal holds a big proportion, and project application items are more than awards application items. Novelty retrieval items are inclined to clinical medicine. Conclusion Science and technology novelty retrieval played an important supporting role in scientific research. We should make the knowledge of novelty retrieval available for the research- ers, and plan the related works as a whole, so as to give full play to novelty retrieval for science and research deci- sion -making. Additionally, much importance should be attached to talent person cultivation.
