摘要 美军健康信息管理技术发展经历了临床数据管理系统、以医疗为中心的电子健康档案系统及以健康为中心的资源整合三个阶段;本文在分析美军健康信息管理系统发展现状的基础上,对其发展趋势进行预测展望。 The U. S. military health information management technology has experienced the following steps： clinical data management system, medical treatment- centered electronic health record system, and health care -centered information integration. Based on the analysis of development status and prospective of the U. S. military health information management system, the author made some prospects.
