摘要
利用浸渍法在铝金属基复合材料Al6 0 6 1/SiCp表面获得了混合稀土转化膜。利用湿热试验、盐水浸渍试验和电化学测试方法 ,评价了膜的耐蚀性能。用扫描电镜观察了膜的表观形貌 ,利用X射线衍射仪研究了膜的微观形态 。
A conversion coating was obtained on the surface of Al Based Metal Matrix Composites(MMC) Al6061/SiCp by immerion process. The anticorrosive property of the conversion coating was examined intensively by moisture and heating test, salt solution immersion est nd electrochemical method. The microstucture of the coating was studied by scanning electron microscope. The X ray diffraction analysis revealed the noncrystalline of the coating.
