摘要
提出了以空气弹簧作为被动隔振元件、神经网络控制的电磁作动器作为主动隔振元件的隔振系统 ,分析了以相对位移、速度及加速度和绝对位移、速度及加速度等作为反馈变量条件下的系统振动传递率 ,证明了主。
A vibration isolation system was proposed, that uses air springs as passive vibration isolation elements and electromagnetic actuators controlled by neural networks as active vibration isolation elements, analyze the vibration transmissibility basing on using relative displacement, velocity, acceleration and absolute displacement, velocity, acceleration as feedback variables. It is proved that vibration isolation system combining active with passive vibration isolation is effective on ultra precision machine tool.
