摘要
用提拉法生长了多种掺杂LiNbO3晶体 ,测定了压电性能和声表面波性能 ,结果表明 ,Sr∶LiNbO3和Ti∶LiNbO3较纯LiNbO3晶体压电系数有较大增加 ,其他压电性能基本保持不变。首次发现其声表面波性能提高 ,尤其是延时温度系数明显降低 ,可见 ,Sr∶LiNbO3和Ti∶LiNbO3晶体对制备高质量声表面波 (SAW )
Various doped LiNbO 3 crystals were grown by crystal pulling technology (CZ method) and their properties of piezoelectricity and SAW were measured. The results indicated that the piezoelectric coefficient of Sr∶LiNbO 3 and Ti∶LiNbO 3 crystals had been greatly increased than that of pure LiNbO 3 together with little effect on the other properties. The fact was found for the first time that the SAW properties could be improved in this way, especially the temperature delay coefficient could be largely decreased. All these showed that Sr∶LiNbO 3 and Ti∶ LiNbO 3 crystals had significance on the preparation of SAW vehicles with high quality.
