摘要
合成了多种双偶氮染料和单晶腺的衍生物 ,制作了三种有机光导器件 ,实验研究表明在可见区含邻氯的双偶氮染料的光导器件灵敏性优于对氯和无氯的双偶氮染料的光导器件 ,其灵敏度达 0 .71lx·s 。
WT5BZ]Bisazo pigments and single crystal hydrazone derivative are synthesized, and three kinds of organic photoconductors for advanced electrophotography prepared and tested. It shows that the photoc6nductor with ortho chloride bisazo pigment has superior sensitivity than those with p chloride and non chloride bisazo pigments under visible light. Its sensitivity reaches 0.71 lx·s, and is appropriate to the use of organic photoconductive materials for xerography.
