摘要
通过微波辐射能将MgO、ZrO2 或Al2 O3 等客体氧化物高度分散并“镀饰”在Y、β、ZSM 5、AlPO4 11等沸石主体上 ,形成的复合型新材料既具有类似氧化物的表面性质 ,又保持着沸石的大比表面等特性 ,被应用于催化或环境保护中。探讨了沸石孔结构。
WT5BZ]Guest oxides such as MgO, Al 2O 3 and ZrO 2, could be well dispersed on the host zeolite Y, β, ZSM 5 and AlPO 4 11, and formed a coated layer on the surface by use of the microwave irradiation. The resulting novel porous material had a surface property similar to the guest oxide coated and the large surface area of host zeolite, which was very useful for catalytic and/or environment protecting processes, especially for some strong solid base assistance reactions such as the isomerization of cis but 2 ene at 273K. The influence of many factors on the microwave irradiation, including the pore structure and the surface state of zeolite was investigated, and the intrinsic properties of guest materials were also discussed. Compared with the common methods such as ion exchange or impregnation, microwave irradiation costs less time, energy and money, and the operation is simpler.
