社区家庭医生服务对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Community-based Family Doctor Service on Quality of Life of Patients with Diabetes

目的:探讨社区家庭医生服务对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机抽样方法,选取我社区参与家庭医生服务的糖尿病患者109例,采用SF-36量表对实施社区家庭医生服务前后患者的生活质量进行评测。结果:社区家庭医生服务实施后糖尿病患者的SF-36各项目得分较实施前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重指数等均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:采用社区家庭医生服务对社区糖尿病患者实施管理,可显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of community-based family doctor service on life quality of patients with diabetes. Methods： The 109 recruited patients with diabetes in our community were included in our FamilY Doctor Responsibility System. SF-36 was applied to measure Quality of Life of Patients with diabetes before and after having the community-bas＇ed family doctor service. Results： After performing Family Doctor Responsibility System, the scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than those before, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. The fasting plasma glucose level, 2h-postprandial plasma glucose level and body mass index all decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The family doctor responsibility system could effectively improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes in community.
