中药外敷对湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的影响及护理

Clinical Effective Observation on Gouty Arthritis of Damp-heat Accumulation by the External Application of TCM Drugs and Nursing Intervention

目的:观察中药外敷治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的临床疗效与护理干预效应。方法:将48例湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组患者24例,其中治疗组采用中药方剂外敷配合药物内服治疗,对照组仅给予药物内服,1周后对两组进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,治疗组与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷及积极的护理干预有利于提高湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating gouty arthritis of Damp-heat accumulation by the external application of TCM drugs and nursing intervention. Methods： 48 petients of gouty arthritis of Damp-heat accumulation were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups, which were named as Treatment group and Control group, the patients of treatment group were treated with external application of TCM drugs and the medicine, while those in control group were treated with medicine only. Thenceforth, after 1 week of administration to the 2 groups, we compared the results of 2 groups. Results： The total efficiency of Treatment group is 91.7%, and the total efficiency of Control group is 62.5%. Compared with the Control group, the efficient of Treatment group is increased. The results listed above satisfied the statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Coneluslons： The external application of TCM drugs and the active nursing intervention have a noticeable effect on improving the efficacy of gouty arthritis of Damp-heat accumulation.
