摘要
对毛细管电泳的电动力、流体力学进样等方法进行了综述 ,包括这些方法的原理、仪器技术及应用 ,并且评价了它们各自的特点。对一些最新的进样技术 ,例如组分无歧视电渗流动力进样等进行了重点介绍与展望。引用文献
A review about the techniques of injection in capillary electrophoresis with 31 references is presented. Advantages and shortage of the techniques which is based on the principles of hydrodynamics and electrokinetics are commented, especially the no discrimination electrokinetic injection which is expected to have an advance in the capillary electrophoresis in the future.
