加油员工作效率的影响因素及评价方法研究

Factors influencing the efficiency of petrol station workers and evaluation methodology

基于一线工作实践,分析了加油枪布局、不同时段加油员配备数量、加油站服务方式、加油员规范化操作、加油机选型、客户消费偏好等主要因素对加油员工作效率的影响,并探索建立了一套评价加油员工作效率的方法模型。

Based on work practices, the influence of main factors such as the arrangement of fuel nozzles, the quantity of arranged petrol station workers in a different period, the service mode of the petrol station, the standardized operation by operators,the selection of oiling machines and customers’ preference in consumption on the efficiency of workers are analyzed and a set of methodologies are established to evaluate the efficiency of petrol station workers.
