摘要
研制便携式的、能对农作物中蛋白、水分及脂肪等成分进行快速测定的分析仪器具有重要的现实意义 .本文借助近红外漫反射光谱分析技术 (NIRA) ,用进口及国产两种普通红外探测器件 ,测得了玉米粉在近红外区的漫反射光谱 ,这一结果的获得 ,为设计小型化仪器提供了所需的关键数据 .
There has long existed in the agricultural industries a need for a rapid and accurate measurement of the chemical composition of the raw and processed products.For example,the measurement of the moisture content of grains,the protein content of the agricultural products. Near infrared diffuse reflectance(NIR) has become an accepted method for quantitative analysis of cereals.In order to get the parameters in designing the instrument,the NIR spectra of cereals in near infrared region were achieved by using a commercial NIR detector.
