克山病病区硒水平监测的10年总结

A Summary of Selenium Level Monitoring in Keshan Disease Areas for 10 Years

对陕西省黄陵县克山病病区人群内外环境硒水平进行了 1 0年动态监测。结果表明 :①当地产小麦、大米、玉米和黄豆硒含量监测期间无明显变化 ,均仍低于非病区同种粮食硒水平(P <0 0 1 ) ,病区居民所食外地麦面硒含量明显高于当地产小麦硒含量 (P <0 0 1 ) ;②病区儿童发硒含量明显上升并已达到非病区水平 ;③病区人群内环境硒水平提高 ,可能与食用外地麦面和硒碘盐有关。

The selenium(Se)levels of milieu interne and environment of Keshan disease areas of Huangling county in Shanxi provence were monitored successively for 10 years The results showed that the Se content of wheat,rice,corn,soybean was significantly lower than that of non-endemic areas ( P <0 01)and the Se content of wheat flour consumed locally from the non-endemic areas significantly higher than that of wheat planted locally( P <0 01); hair Se content of children in the endemic areas was elevated significantly and reached the levels of those from non-endemic areas
