摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定了健康少儿、青年、中老年三个年龄段共 2 74人发Pb含量。统计结果表明 ,中老年组发Pb含量最高 ( 9 52 1× 1 0 - 6 ± 2 3 3 9× 1 0 - 6 ) ,三组发Pb有明显差异。各组男女之间发Pb含量无显著性差异 ,Pb与Cd、Fe有相关性。提示当某些必需元素随着年龄增长而降低时 ,发Pb却有随着年龄增长而增高的倾向 。
The content of Pb in the hair of 274 healthy children,youths and adults of three age groups was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry The statistical results showed that the content of Pb in hair in adults group was(9 521±2 339)×10 -6 , which was the highest among the groups The Pb content in youths group was(3 418±1 800)×10 -6 ,while that in children group was(1 036±0 752)×10 -6 The content of Pb in hair positively was correlated with Cd and Fe in hair It indicates that some essential trace elements are deficient as the growth of ages,while the content of Pb increased as the growth of ages So the harmful effects of Pb eposition in body on adults are obvious,which should be considered
