摘要
研究了在酸性条件下 ,力蜚能胶囊中的有机铁经处理 ,产生的高铁加抗坏血酸溶液还原 ,与邻菲罗啉络合进行比色测定。结果满意。最大吸收波长λ =51 1nm。
A determnation of iron in Niferex Capsules was presented.The sample was treated in the acidic medium to release iron from its organic complex compound. The ferric ions were then reduced to ferrous ions by ascorbic acid,coordinated with ο-phenanthroline to develop colour and determined by colourimetry at the wavelength of 511 nm. A good result has been obtained.
