橡胶硫化是在一定的温度和压力下进行的物理和化学反应过程．其成品质量（物理特性和外观）直接取决于硫化的控制过程．给出了以ＰＬＣ为下位机、工控机为上位机的胶靴硫化集散控制系统实例及数学模型控制参数的获取方法。

Vulcanization is a physical & chemical reaction under the condition of given temperature and pressure. The product quality (physical performance and appearance) depends directly on control process of vulcanization. The paper gives a practical example of DCS for rubber shoe's vulcanization with PLC as down controller and industrial control computer as up controller, and introduces the method to get the control parameter of mathematic model.
