摘要
复合材料在各种工程问题中得到了越来越广泛的应用 ,其中之一就是在纤维缠绕圆筒中的应用。该文根据复合材料圆筒结构静态刚强度和动态特性分析的理论模型 ,综合考虑其刚强度和动态特性的要求 ,通过改变复合材料圆筒中材料的缠绕角、缠绕顺序和采用T30 0和S2复合材料混杂等形式来研究复合材料圆筒中材料的有效使用 ,得出了基于厚度和角度优化的方式较为有效的结论。
Composite materials are being used to solve an ever increasing variety of engineering problems. One application is found in a filament wound fiber composite to strengthen cylindrical structures. The effective application of composite materials in cylinder is studied in the paper on the basis of the theoretical model of the static rigid strength and dynamic characteristic analysis of the cylinder structure,in consideration of rigid strength and dynamic characteristic requirements,by a change of winding angles and ply sequences,and by use of T300 and S2 hybrid composite materials.Some workable conclusions were drawn on the basis of thickness and angle optimization.
