摘要 随着我国的挖泥船作业水域范围更深、更远,而疏浚设备的耐磨性能越发显示出与发达国家在材料方面的差距,从而制约了我国疏浚产业的快速发展。通过对耐磨材料在挖泥船上应用状况及各种材料的性能分析,阐述了耐磨材料的选用方法和注意事项,以降低磨损、提高疏浚设备的使用可靠性。 As the operation water area of domestic dredgers grows deeper and farther, the gap between domestic and developed countries in terms of the wear proof ability of dredging system material becomes more evident, which restricts the fast developing of domestic dredging industry. This paper, based on the analysis of current application status and characteristics of various wear resistant material used in dredgers, elaborates the method and precautions for selecting wear resistant material in order to reduce wear and tear, and to raise the reliability of dredging equipments.
