金华市中心镇建设存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Centre-towns in Jinhua City

中心镇建设既是推进新型城市化的重大举措,也是统筹城乡一体化发展的重要内容。金华市19个省级中心镇主要存在规划编制滞后、集聚水平相差悬殊、工作机制不健全、建设资金缺口较大及扶持政策落实不到位等问题。为优化中心镇的生活和投资环境,需要进一步明确中心镇的功能定位,增强中心镇的集聚辐射能力,创新中心镇的发展思路。

The construction of centre-towns is important both in promoting the process of urbanization and undertaking the urban and rural integration. Through an analysis on the present situation of 19 centre-towns of Jinhua city, it shows that the planning of the city lags behind, the concentration of the city is not even, the working mechanism is not complete, the construction fund is in big shortage and the supporting policies are not in right place. To improve the life and investment environment of centre-towns, measures should be taken to define the real function of centre-towns, to increase the concentration and influence of them and to find a new way of development.
