配伍肉桂、桂枝对马钱子毒性影响的实验研究 被引量:15

On the Toxic Effects of Semen Strychni’s Compatibility with Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae or Rumulus Ginnamomi

摘要 目的:研究马钱子分别配伍肉桂及桂枝对其毒性的影响,为马钱子安全有效地应用于临床提供实验依据,更为马钱子分别配伍肉桂及桂枝治疗各种疾病提供药理学实验依据。方法:通过急性毒性实验,用改良寇氏法计算出制马钱子以及其分别配伍不同比例肉桂及桂枝后的LD50,并计算出解毒率。结果:肉桂69%的LD50为91.98mg·kg-1,解毒率为37.63%;肉桂86%的LD50为116.82mg·kg-1,解毒率为74.80%;而肉桂91%只能测出Dn为50mg·kg-1。制马钱子粉配伍桂枝浸膏的LD50均大于制马钱子粉,其中桂枝92.50%的解毒率最大,为117.32%,用药也最安全;桂枝95.20%的解毒率只有67.51%。结论:肉桂及桂枝均对马钱子具有减毒作用,但是桂枝的减毒率并不与加入的桂枝的剂量呈正相关,用时应该控制。 Objective: To study the toxic effects of Semen Strychni's compatibility with Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae or Rumulus Ginnamomi to provide clinical experimental basis for the safe and effective use of Semen Strychni, and pharmacological experiments basis for the Semen Strychni's compatibility with Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae or Rumulus Ginnamomi to treat various diseases. Methods: By acute toxicity experiments LD50 of Semen Strychni and that of its compatibility with Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae or Rumulus Ginnamomi were calculated with improved Kou's method, and the detoxification rates of them were also calculated. Results: The LD50 of Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae (69%) was 91.98 mg. kg of Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae (86%) was 116.82mg·kg^-1, with de with detoxification rate 37.63%; The LD50 toxification rate 74.80%; Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae (91%) could only detect Dn 50mg. kg-~. The LD50 of Semen Strychni Pulverratum compatible with Rumulus Ginnamomi extract was lagrer than that of Semen Strychni Pulverratum, among which detoxification rate of Rumulus Ginnamomi (92.50%) was highest (117.32%) and safest; the detoxification rate of Rumulus Ginnamomi (92.50%) was only 67.51%. Conclusion: Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae or Rumulus Ginnamomi both have an ameliorating effect on Semen Strychni, but the detoxification rate of Rumulus Ginnamomi was not positively correlated with the its dose, needing flexible use.
