浅析唐钢罩退工艺产品缺陷产生原因及预防措施

唐钢罩退产品主要的缺陷有粘结、黑斑（碳黑）及氧化等，严重影响了罩退产品的质量。本文结合生产实际和理论研究，对罩退生产过程中主要产品缺陷的产生原因进行了简要分析，详细提出了控制产品缺陷产生的措施和方法，使产品缺陷比例大幅度降低，从而提高了产品质量。

Main defects of sticking,black staining（carbon dark） and oxidation had great influences on BA strips. This paper is expounded the defect＇s kinds and forming reasons , and offered detail the control methods and measures.Those have decreased dramatically and strip quality has improved steadily.
