摘要
基于房地产宏观调控政策和行业融资现状的分析,发现在严厉的宏观调控下,资金压力之大迫使房地产企业寻求新的融资渠道,而重组需求的高涨和民间资本的支持,为私募股权房地产基金提供了快速发展的机遇;另外通过分析,指出我国私募股权房地产基金发展中应打通的"四大瓶颈"。
Based on the analysis of macro regulations and financing status quo of real estate, concludes severe macro regulations on real estate market and financial pressure which force real estate enterprises to seek new financing channels. Under the support of high restructuring demand and private capital, the private equity real estate funds develop rapidly. In addition, through the analysis on the four bottlenecks in the development of the private equity real estate funds, points out the four major problems should be conquered.
